摘要
我国对钢结构建筑的研究和应用自建国初期开始,经过70余年的发展,尤其在改革开放后,在以经济建设为中心的政策背景下,我国大量引进国外先进技术,加上我国钢材年产量快速提升[1],钢结构建筑从上世纪末至今得到了跨越性的发展。钢结构类型多样化,包括钢框架、单层门式钢架、轻钢结构、高层钢结构、空间结构、立体桁架结构等。本文立足福建省现有在建装配式钢结构建筑及现浇混凝土结构建筑,分析对比装配式钢结构建筑工程与传统现浇混凝土结构工程的造价变化[2],供类似工程参考。
The research and application of steel structure buildings in China has been developed since the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China.After more than 70 years of development,in the tide of reform and opening up along with the economic construction-centered policy,China introduced a large number of advanced technologies from abroad.With rapid increasing of the annual output of steel in China,the prefabricated steel structure has been greatly developed from the end of the last century to the present.The types of steel structure are diversified,including factory building frame,single-story door steel frame,light steel structure,high-rise steel structure,space structure,three-dimensional truss structure and so on.Based on the existing prefabricated steel structure building and cast-in-place concrete structure building in Fujian Province,this paper analyzes and compares the cost changes of prefabricated steel structures and traditional cast-in-place concrete structures,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
