摘要
"不动产管理"是一门阐述不动产管理的基本理论、基础知识、基本方法和综合应用的课程,具有专业性、实践性和综合性等特点。基于"不动产管理"教学理念创新,重构了"不动产管理"教学内容体系,采用线上线下混合式教学模式,制定了课程实践教学目标任务,提出了"BCAC"实践教学综合改革与创新路径。"不动产管理"课程实践教学工作,为深入开展省一流课程建设提供有益借鉴。
Real Estate Management is a course illustrating the basic theory,basic knowledge,basic methods and the comprehensive application of real estate management,and has the professional,practical and comprehensive characteristics.Based on the innovation of the teaching concept of the course,this paper reconstructs the teaching content system of this course,adopts an online and offline mixed teaching model,formulates the target task of practice teaching of the course,and puts forward the comprehensive reform and innovation path of“BCAC”practice teaching.The practice teaching of the course of Real Estate Management provides a useful reference for further development of provincial first-class course construction.
