生物炭对叶菜用甘薯(幼苗)叶片重金属吸收的阻控效应 被引量:1

The inhibition and control effect of biochar on the absorption of heavy metals in leaf-vegetable sweetpotato(seedling)

摘要 为探究土壤施用生物炭对叶菜用甘薯重金属吸收的短期和长期阻控效应,将叶菜用甘薯幼苗种植于采集自河南、湖南、江苏的Cd、Pb、Zn、Cu不同类型的重金属污染土壤中,研究土壤在一次施加生物炭后,对连续2季种植的甘薯幼苗可食用的幼嫩叶片部位重金属含量的影响.结果表明:施加质量分数为3%的生物炭能够明显降低第1季污染土壤中Cd、Pb、Zn的有效态含量(最大降幅分别为18.75%、21.73%、15.15%),显著降低第1季甘薯幼苗幼嫩叶片中Cd、Pb和Zn的含量(最大降幅分别为52.30%、51.13%、28.64%),但对Cu的阻控效应不明显;第1季施加的生物炭对第2季甘薯幼苗叶片重金属的吸收不再有明显的阻控效应(除个别样品Zn元素外).结果说明,针对不同地域或类型的重金属污染土壤,宜考虑是否选择施加生物炭以及生物炭的施加频率,以期保障叶菜用甘薯的食用安全. In order to explore the short-term and long-term inhibition effects of biochar application on heavy metal absorption of leafy vegetable sweetpotato,leafy vegetable sweetpotato seedlings were planted in Cd,Pb,Zn,Cu different types of heavy metal contaminated soil collected from Henan,Hunan and Jiangsu.The effects of biochar application on heavy metal contents in edible young leaves of sweetpotato seedlings planted in two consecutive seasons after biochar application were studied.The results showed that the application of 3%biochar could significantly reduce the available contents of Cd,Pb and Zn in the polluted soil in the first season(the maximum decrease rates were 18.75%,21.73%and 15.15%,respectively),and significantly reduce the contents of Cd(the maximum decrease rate was 52.30%),Pb(the maximum decrease rate was 51.13%)and Zn(the maximum decrease rate was 28.64%)in the young leaves of sweetpotato seedlings in the first season,but the inhibitory effect on Cu was not obvious.It was found that biochar applied in the second season had no obvious inhibitory effect on heavy metals in young leaves of sweetpotato seedlings(except for individual samples of Zn).The results showed that for different regions or types of heavy metal contaminated soil,whether to choose biochar and biochar application frequency should be considered,in order to ensure the edible safety of leafy vegetable sweetpotato.
