摘要
本文通过工程实例,为顺利解决晋江第二体育中心大跨度多节点曲面钢桁架的施工验收,采取3项措施,即调整钢结构焊接的顺序、观测点的设置以及胎架的完善。通过现场施工以及计算机的跟踪配合,有效提高钢结构一次验收合格率,顺利完成了晋江市第二体育中心体育馆的建设,并解决了大跨度钢桁架拼装精度施工难题,取得了良好的技术经验及经济和社会效益。
In this paper,in order to solve the construction acceptance of large-span multi-node curved steel truss in the Second Sports Center of Jinjiang,three measures were adopted,such as:adjusting the welding sequence of steel structure,the setup of observation point and the perfection of the frame.Through on-site construction and computer tracking cooperation,the acceptance rate of steel structure was effectively improved,so the second Jinjiang Sports Center Stadium Construction was successfully completed.The problem of assembling precision of long-span Steel Truss is solved,and good technical,economic and social benefits are obtained.
