摘要
采用网络调查、电话咨询、实地访谈和文献计量等方法,系统梳理了北京地区主要科技查新机构的基本情况,从管理制度与规范、信息资源建设、收费标准与时间、查新业务与拓展服务、信息化建设与协同、人才队伍等方面对查新服务现状进行了全面调查,并对科技查新理论研究情况进行了解读,指出了北京地区科技查新工作存在的主要问题,并提出了相关对策建议,旨在推动该地区科技查新服务的可持续发展,更好地支撑北京国际科技创新中心的建设。
By using the internet investigation,telephone consultation,on-site interview,bibliometric analysis and other methods,this paper systematically sorts out the basic situation of major sci-tech novelty search institutions in Beijing Area,makes comprehensive investigation on the present situation of its novelty search service from the aspects of management system and norm,information resource construction,charging standard and time,novelty search business and service expansion,informatization construction and cooperation,talent team construction and so on,expounds the basic status of the theoretical research of sci-tech novelty search,points out the main problems existing in the sci-tech novelty search service in Beijing Area,and puts forward some relevant countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of sci-tech novelty search service in this area and to support the construction of Beijing International Sci-tech Innovation Center.
