The human resource management sharing model is a systematic model scheme to solve the problem of human resource management in small and micro enterprises.Inspiring the shared vision of human resource management sharing members is the key to constructing a human resource management sharing model.According to the UTAUT model, the influence of performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence and convenience conditions on the attitude and willingness to share the human resource management sharing mode of small and micro enterprises is tested through empirical tests. The results show that in addition to social influence and convenience, performance expectations, effort expectations, and attitudes will directly affect the willingness of small and micro enterprises to share human resource management. While performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, and convenience indirectly affect the willingness to share through attitudes, effort expectation can also indirectly affect the willingness to share through performance expectation.Therefore,governments,universities,third-party supervision centers, large and medium-sized enterprises, and small and micro enterprises should integrate the resource advantages of all parties and establish a human resource management sharing model that is easy to use, convenient to operate, diversified in functions, personalized in services, and efficient in resources.
