摘要
装置停工期间的腐蚀检查是企业掌握设备腐蚀状况、加强腐蚀管理的一项重要工作,为企业制定下一运行周期的监控措施提供重要依据。通过对某炼化企业20 kt/a硫黄回收联合装置停工期间的腐蚀检查,掌握装置的整体腐蚀状况,并针对湿H 2S腐蚀、酸性水冲刷腐蚀、保温层下腐蚀、涂层失效及耐火衬里破损等典型问题进行腐蚀成因分析,进而提出了相应的腐蚀减缓措施及改进建议。
Corrosion inspection during the shutdown period is significant for the enterprise to understand corrosion status of the equipment and strengthen the corrosion management,which provides an important basis for formulating the monitoring measures for the next operation cycle.Corrosion inspection was carried out during the shutdown of a 20 kt/a sulfur recovery unit,and corrosion condition of the equipment was obtained.Causes of typical problems such as wet H 2S corrosion,acid water erosion,corrosion under insulation,coating failure and refractory lining damage were analyzed.Furthermore,corresponding anti-corrosion measures and improvement suggestions were put forward.
