摘要
近年来中国各城市汽车保有量的迅速增加致使城市交通压力愈加显著,停车难问题逐步成为影响城市经济发展的关键因素。对本就用地紧张的山地城市而言,高效开发和利用城市地下停车场是缓解该问题的重要手段。本文通过研究国内典型的山地城市——重庆市主城区地下停车场的发展现状,结合相关停车数据及规划,分析主城区停车缺口,指出主城区地下停车场存在地下停车泊位不足、入库停车安全隐患、规划管理模式滞后等主要问题。基于调研城区实际情况,提出山地城市增加地下停车设施供给量和提高泊位利用率的方法,对地下停车系统化和智能化的建设进行思考,为完善城市地下停车体系提供参考。
In recent years,the number of cars has been increasing rapidly in various cities in China,causing the significant pressure of urban traffic. The problem of"difficult parking"has gradually become a key factor in hindering the economic development of many cities. In the case of the shortage of urban land resources in mountainous city,effective exploitation and utilization of urban underground parking lots are important ways to alleviate this problem.This paper investigates the underground parking status in the main districts of Chongqing — a typical mountainous city in China,analyzing parking gaps with some relevant statistical data and parking plans. It points out that there are some main issues in underground parking lots,such as lack of underground parking berths,hidden trouble of parking,and deficiency of planning and management model. Based on the actual situation of the main districts,several methods have been proposed to increase the number of underground parking facilities and enhance the utilization of berths. Meanwhile,reflections on the construction of systematic and intelligent underground parking lots are conducted,to provide references for improving the urban underground parking system.
