摘要
目的探讨富含脯氨酸的蛋白酪氨酸激酶2(Pyk2)蛋白在非肌层浸润性膀胱癌中的表达及与该肿瘤预后的相关性。方法选取62例非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者为研究对象,患者经手术切除后取膀胱癌病灶标本为观察组,另取相应患者的癌旁正常黏膜组织标本为对照组。采用免疫组化法对观察组、对照组Pyk2蛋白的阳性表达率、表达水平进行统计对比。分析Pyk2蛋白与非肌层浸润性膀胱癌临床病理特征的关系,并对Pyk2蛋白的表达情况与非肌层浸润性膀胱癌预后效果间的相关性进行探讨。结果观察组Pyk2蛋白阳性表达率、表达水平均高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pyk2蛋白表达与非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者年龄、性别、病灶大小、病灶数等因素无关,而与患者的肿瘤分期、分化程度有关。Pyk2蛋白阳性表达组患者的复发率高于阴性表达组,无进展生存期(PFS)、总生存期(OS)水平均低于Pyk2蛋白阴性表达患者。结论Pyk2蛋白在非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者病灶组织中呈现高表达,其表达情况与非肌层浸润性膀胱癌病灶的浸润、转移、分期有密切关系,并与患者的肿瘤预后效果显著相关。Pyk2蛋白的检测对于非肌层浸润性膀胱癌病情评估、预后效果判断有指导意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of proline rich protein tyrosine kinase 2(Pyk2)in non muscle invasive bladder cancer and its correlation with the prognosis of the tumor.Methods 62 patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer were selected as research subjects.After surgical resection,the specimens of bladder cancer focus were taken as the observation group,and the specimens of normal mucosa adjacent to cancer were taken as the control group.The positive expression rate and level of Pyk2 protein in the observation group and the control group were compared by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between Pyk2 protein and clinicopathological characteristics of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer was analyzed,and the relationship between the expression of Pyk2 protein and the prognosis of non muscle invasive bladder cancer was investigated.Results The positive expression rate and level of Pyk2 protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of Pyk2 protein has nothing to do with age,gender,size and number of lesions in patients with non muscle invasive bladder cancer,but has something to do with tumor stage and differentiation.The recurrence rate of patients with positive expression of Pyk2 protein was higher than that of patients with negative expression,and the level of PFS and OS were lower than that of patients with negative expression of Pyk2 protein.Conclusion The expression of Pyk2 protein is highly expressed in the lesions of non myometrial invasive bladder cancer,which is closely related to the invasion,metastasis and stage of non myometrial invasive bladder cancer,and is significantly related to the prognosis of the patients.The detection of Pyk2 protein has guiding significance for the evaluation of non muscle invasive bladder cancer and the prognosis.
