摘要
【目的】本文研究了β-葡聚糖对亚东鲑幼鱼生长、肠道消化酶活性及肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。【方法】选择平均体质量为(1.07±0.3)g幼鱼1050尾,分别投喂添加不同含量β-葡聚糖0、0.1%、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%和2.0%基础饲料,试验周期60 d。【结果】随着β-葡聚糖含量不断增加,特定生长率(SGR)呈先递增后降低变化趋势,0.5%试验组最大,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);不同β-葡聚糖含量对肠道消化酶活性有一定影响;胰蛋白酶活性0试验组与1.5%和2.0%差异不显著,显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);脂肪酶活性0试验组显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);淀粉酶活性0.5%试验组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);β-葡聚糖从0至0.5%,GSH含量和GSH-Px、SOD活性依次递增,说明适量β-葡聚糖能够提升亚东鲑幼鱼抗氧化能力。【结论】基础饲料中适量添加β-葡聚糖能促进亚东鲑幼鱼生长,提高肠道消化酶活性和肝脏抗氧化能力。
【Objective】The present paper aimed to study the effect ofβ-glucan on the growth,intestinal digestive enzyme activity and liver antioxidant capacity of juvenile Salmon trutta.【Method】1050 juveniles with an average body weight of(1.07±0.3)g were fed with different contents ofβ-glucan 0,0.1%,0.2%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%and 2.0%basic feeds respectively,with a test period of 60 days.【Result】With the increase ofβ-glucan content,the SGR increased first and then decreased,and the SGR of 0.5%test group was the largest,significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).Differentβ-glucan content had a certain effect on intestinal digestive enzyme activity;The trypsin activity of 0 test group was not significantly different from 1.5%and 2.0%,which was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05);The Lipase activity of 0 group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05);The 0.5%amylase test group was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05);β-glucan from 0 to 0.5%,GSH content,GSH-Px,SOD activity increased in order,indicating that the appropriate amount ofβ-glucan could enhance the antioxidant capacity of juvenile Salmon trutta.【Conclusion】In summary,the proper addition ofβ-glucan to the basic feed can promote the growth of juveniles of Salmon trutta,and improve the activity of digestive enzymes in the intestine and the antioxidant capacity of the liver.
