基于模态叠加法的风电机组塔架实时状态研究 被引量:8

摘要 振动模态是机械结构在某一自振频率下的振动型态,是多自由度系统的固有属性。在模态分析的基础之上,提出一种基于模态叠加法的风电机组塔架振动状态与应力状态计算模型。该模型首先通过有限元法得到塔架的模态,然后通过模态叠加法根据塔架各监测点处的振动值计算得到整个塔架的振动状态及应力状态。以某风电场2.0 MW风电机组为例,通过有限元法数值模拟验证该模型计算结果的准确性。研究结果表明,该模型具有精度高和速度快的特点,能够满足实时在线计算要求。 Modal is a special vibration form corresponding to a certain natural frequency of a multi-degree-of-freedom system. It is one of the inherent attributes of a linear system. On the basis of modal analysis,a calculation model for vibration and stress state of wind turbine tower based on modal superposition method is proposed in this paper. Firstly,the modals of the tower are obtained by finite element method. Then the vibration state and stress state of the whole tower are calculated by the modal superposition method according to the vibration value of monitoring points. A wind turbine of 2.0 megawatt is taken as an example to prove the validity of the proposed model. The results show that the modal presented in this paper has the characteristics of high precision and fast speed,and can meet the requirements of real-time online computing.
