摘要
目的:探讨分析水针刀联合葛根汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病患者临床效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2020年10月收治的98例神经根型颈椎病患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予水针刀治疗,观察组联合葛根汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、治疗前后NDI、VAS评分及中医症状评分。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率93.88%,高于对照组的75.51%(P<0.05);观察组症状消失时间、颈椎恢复正常活动时间与对照组相比缩短(P<0.05);治疗前两组颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disabilitv index,NDI)及视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组NDI及VAS评分下降更显著(P<0.05);治疗前两组中医症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组疼痛、麻木、项强、恶寒怕风症状评分下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论:水针刀联合葛根汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病可提高临床疗效,改善临床症状及颈椎功能,缓解疼痛,值得应用。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of water needle knives combined with Gegen Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:98 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted from February 2018 to October 2020 were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were treated with water needle knives only,while the observation group were treated with water needle knives combined with Gegen Decoction,with the clinical effects,time for relief of clinical symptoms,neck disability index(NDI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores before and after treatment compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the clinical curative effect in the observation group was 93.88%,which was significantly improved compared with 75.51%in the control group(P<0.05).The time for symptom disappearance and cervical spine returning to normal activities in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NDI and VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the NDI and VAS scores of the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain,the numbness,the stiff neck,and the aversion to cold and wind symptoms in the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Water needle knives combined with Gegen Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can improve clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and cervical spine function and relieve pain,worthy of application.
