摘要
目的探讨在治疗呼吸系统感染的过程中应用血清降钙素原水平检验效果。方法将2019年1月—2020年3月作为时研区间,选取其中就该院收治呼吸系统感染治疗的150例患者设为研究对象。依据病情严重情况分为轻微组和严重组,每组75例,同时另选取同期75名健康体检人员作为对照组。比对分析3组对象血清降钙素原水平。结果轻微组与严重组的血清降钙素原(7.35±2.10)、(32.21±9.42)μg/mL、C-反应蛋白(21.98±12.41)、(99.84±54.38)mg/L及白细胞数量(11.85±2.41)、(27.46±4.51)×10^(9)/L均显著高于对照组(0.45±0.05)μg/mL、(5.22±0.45)mg/L、(7.45±1.18)×10^(9)/L;且严重组3项指标也明显高于轻微组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻微组与严重组的血清降钙素原(85.33%、88.00%)、C-反应蛋白水平阳性率(37.33%、42.67%)均明显高于对照组(8.00%、10.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但严重组两项阳性率相较于轻微组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在治疗呼吸系统感染疾病过程中应用血清降钙素原水平检测方法价值显著,能有效检测患者病情变化,为临床治疗提供有效依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of serum procalcitonin level test in the treatment of respiratory infections.Methods The period from January 2019 to March 2020 was used as the research interval,and 150 patients who were treated for respiratory infections in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the serious condition of the disease,they were divided into mild group and severe group,with 75 cases in each group.At the same time,75 healthy physical examiners during the same period were selected as the control group.Compared and analyzed of the three groups of serum procalcitonin levels.Results Serum procalcitonin(7.35±2.10)μg/mL,(32.21±9.42)μg/mL,C-reactive protein(21.98±12.41)mg/L,(99.84±54.38)mg/L and the number of white blood cells(11.85±2.41)×10^(9)/L,(27.46±4.51)×109/L in the mild group and severe group were significantly higher compared with the control group(0.45±0.05)μg/mL,(5.22±0.45)mg/L,(7.45±1.18)×10^(9)/L;and the three indicators of the severe group were also significantly higher than those of the mild group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive rates of serum procalcitonin of the mild group and the severe group(85.33%,88.00%)and C-reactive protein levels(37.33%,42.67%)were significantly higher than those of the control group(8.00%,10.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but the positive rate of the two items in the severe group was not significantly different than that in the mild group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of serum procalcitonin level detection method in the treatment of respiratory system infections is of significant value.It can effectively detect changes in the patient's condition and provide an effective basis for clinical treatment.
