摘要
目的 :观察定咳汤治疗难治性慢性咳嗽的疗效。方法 :收集2017年1月—2019年12月上海市静安区中心医院中医科收治的18~70岁难治性慢性咳嗽患者75例。基于真实世界研究方法,采用单臂重复测量设计,观察定咳汤加减治疗难治性慢性咳嗽的疗效,分别于治疗后0周、4周、8周进行咳嗽视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,于治疗8周后评价总体疗效。结果 :治疗8周后,总体疗效为治愈4例(5.33%),有效69例(92.00%),无效2例(2.67%);VAS评分在治疗4周、8周后分别为(3.55±1.44)分和(2.09±1.35)分,不同时间点VAS评分差异具有统计学意义(F=11.26,P <0.001),第4周和第8周时VAS评分较基线明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论 :定咳汤加减治疗难治性慢性咳嗽具有一定的疗效,值得进一步验证和推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Dingke decoction in the treatment of chronic refractory cough.Methods:Seventy-five patients aged from 18 to 70 with chronic refractory cough were collected from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Central Hospital of Jingan District,Shanghai from January 2017 to December 2019.Based on the real-world research method,a single-arm repeated measurement design was used to observe the effects of Dingke decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of chronic refractory cough,cough VAS scores were evaluated at 0,4 and 8 weeks,respectively,and the overall efficacy was evaluated at 8 weeks.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,4 cases(5.33%)were cured,69 cases(92.00%)were effective and 2 cases(2.67%)were ineffective;the VAS score was(3.55±1.44)after 4 weeks and(2.09±1.35)after 8 weeks,there was significant difference in VAS score at different time points(F=11.26,P<0.001),the VAS score at the 4th and 8th weeks was significantly lower than the baseline,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Dingke decoction addition and subtraction has a certain effects on chronic refractory cough,and it is worthy of further verification and promotion.
