摘要
陈燊主任医师认为经方六经辨证体系区别于后世的脏腑辨证体系,有其独特性,应用于临床,如方证对应,则无不应手取效。桂枝汤本为治疗太阳中风证的主方,但临床并不局限于此,凡见头痛发热,汗出恶风者皆可用之。附桂枝汤加减治疗小儿感冒、泄泻、荨麻疹、鼻鼽、惊悸案例5则,以资验证。
Archiater CHEN Shen holds that classical prescriptions of syndrome differentiation of six meridians system is different from syndrome differentiation of viscera system of later ages,which has its uniqueness and is applied in clinical practice.Were prescription correspondence with syndrome,then it would take effect quickly.Guizhi Tang(桂枝汤)is the principal prescription for the treatment of attack of Taiyang Channel by wind syndrome,but it is not limited to this in clinic.It can be used for headache,fever and perspiration with aversion to wind.Five cases of modified Guizhi Tang in the treatment of children with common cold and cough,diarrhea,urticaria,rhinitis and palpitation due to fright are attached for verification.
