基于NSGA-Ⅱ的医疗设备预防性维护与病人调度联合优化 被引量:13

Joint Optimization of Preventive Maintenance and Patient Scheduling for Medical Equipment Based on NSGA-Ⅱ

摘要 【目的】针对病人进行核磁共振成像预约检查过程中出现的调度与设备维护计划相互影响的问题,提出一种联合优化模型,研究对象是单机系统,多位病人等候进行检查。【方法】考虑到设备失效服从威布尔分布,设备具有堕化效应,引入役龄递减因子、失效率递增因子、维护时间递增因子和维护费用递增因子对设备的劣化过程做了模拟,构建了合适的维护方案。接着考虑到病人就诊过程中设备必须保持足够的可靠度,保证病人就诊检查全过程的安全性,制定了一种提前式预防性维护方案。【结果】以总成本最低、总延误时间最少、总就诊时间最少为目标,采用NSGA-II算法求得Pareto最优解,采用层次分析法使医院的预约系统能够根据实际情况排布出合适的调度方案,有效协调病人就诊调度与设备维护计划。【结论】通过实际算例证明了所提出的联合优化模型的有效性。 [Purposes]Aiming at the problem that scheduling and equipment maintenance plan affect each other in the process of MRI appointment examination,ajoint optimization model is proposed.The research object is single machine system,and many patients are waiting for examination.[Methods]Considering that the equipment failure obeys Weibull distribution and the equipment has the decay effect,the degradation process of the equipment is simulated by introducing service age decline factor,failure rate increasing factor,maintenance time increasing factor and maintenance cost increasing factor,and the appropriate maintenance scheme is constructed.Secondly,considering that the equipment must keep enough reliability in the process of patient’s treatment and ensure the safety of the whole process of patient’s treatment and examination,apreventive maintenance scheme in advance is formulated.[Findings]With the minimum total cost,the least total delay time and the minimum total treatment time,the Pareto optimal solution is obtained by NSGA-II algorithm,and AHP is used to make the hospital reservation system arrange the appropriate scheduling scheme according to the actual situation,and effectively coordinate the patient treatment scheduling and equipment maintenance plan.[Conclusions]The effectiveness of the proposed joint optimization model is verified by an actual example.
