摘要
TBM掘进软硬复合地层过程中,刀盘受滚刀破岩冲击作用和软硬岩层的周期性反作用易出现结构疲劳损伤、局部开裂等伤害。由于缺乏刀盘振动实测数据,导致基于理论分析的激振力引起的刀盘受力变形值与实际情况差别较大。针对该问题,通过开展全盘滚刀掘进两组不同强度软硬复合地层的室内模型试验,测取刀盘三向振动加速度时域值,并基于实测值进一步对刀盘滚刀结构进行瞬态动力分析。通过全盘滚刀掘进软硬复合地层室内试验获取振动时域数据,并基于该数据进行了刀盘滚刀受力与变形分析,避免了初始激振力过于理想化预设而带来的分析误差。
In the process of TBM driving soft-hard composite stratum,the cutter head is prone to structural fatigue damage and local cracking because of the impact of the hob breaking rock and the periodic reaction of soft-hard composite stratum.Due to the lack of actual measured data of the cutter head vibration,the stress and strain of the cutter head caused by the excitation force from theoretical calculation is quite different from the actual situation.To solve this problem,by conducting two model tests of different strength soft-hard composite stratum,the time domain value of the three-dimensional vibration acceleration of the cutter head is measured,and the transient dynamic analysis of the cutter head is further analyzed based on the measured values.In this paper,cutter head vibration data is obtained through tests of cutter head driving into soft-hard composite stratum,and the stress and deformation of the cutter head is analyzed based on the data avoiding analysis errors caused by the initial excitation force being too ideal.
