摘要
目的分析小儿肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽患者予以孟鲁司特钠进行治疗的效果。方法2018年5月—2019年6月选取该医院进行治疗的肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽患儿102例作为观察对象,选用随机分配法对患儿进行分组,共分为两组,分别为观察组(n=51)及对照组(n=51),对观察组给予阿奇霉素结合孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组患儿实施阿奇霉素治疗,将治疗有效率、免疫指标(EOS计数、IgE及ECP)及咳喘消失时间、咳嗽消失时间作为观察指标结合进行治疗效果判定。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率相比对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2周、治疗后4周观察组患儿免疫指标(0.64±0.19)×10^(9)/L、(0.43±0.02)×10^(9)/L、(400.36±19.58)μg/L、(260.24±16.38)μg/L、(15.35±3.35)μg/L、(6.91±2.50)μg/L相比对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.052、15.588、29.052、38.385、5.319、5.199,P<0.001),观察组患儿咳喘消失时间、咳嗽消失时间相比对照组,观察组时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽,治疗效果显著,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of montelukast sodium in children with chronic cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods From May 2018 to June 2019,total of 102 children with chronic cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in this hospital were selected as observation objects.The children were divided into two groups by random allocation method.The aliases were called the observation group(n=51)and the control group(n=51).The observation group was given azithromycin combined with montelukast sodium,and the control group was given azithromycin treatment.The effective rate of treatment and the immune index(EOS count,IgE and ECP),cough disappearance time,cough disappearance time as observation indicators combined to determine the therapeutic effect.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment of children in the observation group was significantly different and superior(P<0.05).The immune indexes of children in the observation group were(0.64±0.19)×10^(9)/L,(0.43±0.02)×10^(9)/L,(400.36±19.58)μg/L,(260.24±16.38)μg/L,(15.35±3.35)μg/L,(6.91±2.50)μg/L 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.052,15.588,29.052,38.385,5.319,5.199,P<0.001).The observation group's cough disappearance time and cough disappearance time were compared with those of the control group,the observation group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumonia infection has a significant therapeutic effect and is worthy of application.
