摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理模式应用于静脉药物配置中心的效果,为实际应用和管理工作提供参考价值。方法选取该院2018年1—12月未实施PDCA循环管理模式时所收治输液患者125例为对照组,该期间所有患者均予以常规护理管理模式;另选取2019年1—12月实施PDCA循环管理模式后所收治输液患者160例为研究组,管理内容分为计划(P)、实施(D)、检查(C)、处理(A)等四个步骤。分别记录两组患者护理管理质量、护理满意度情况,比较组间差异。结果实施后,护理人员平均服务评分为(90.10±2.28)分、专业能力评分为(91.22±3.15)分、环境管理能力评分为(86.22±4.06)分、交流能力评分为(90.35±3.78)分,均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中,非常满意81例、满意75例,输液护理满意度为97.5%,高于对照组的45例、62例及85.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.951,P<0.05)。结论PDCA管理模式应用于静脉药物配置中心护理管理工作中,有利于全方位排查和发现已经存在和潜在的风险,通过不断实施针对性处理措施,形成良性工作循环,并实现持续质量改进,全面促进护理工作质量提升,有利于患者满意度改善,良好医院形象建立,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation management model applied to intravenous drug distribution center,and to provide reference value for practical application and management.Methods 125 infusion patients who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 when the PDCA cycle management model was not implemented were selected as the control group.During this period,all patients were treated with routine care management mode;another selected from January to December 2019 for PDCA after the circulation management mode 160 patients with infusions were treated as the research group.The management content is divided into four steps:planning(P),implementation(D),inspection(C),and treatment(A).Record the nursing management quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients,and compare the differences between the groups.Results After implementation,the average service score of the nursing staff was(90.10±2.28)points,the professional ability score was(91.22±3.15)points,the environmental management ability score was(86.22±4.06)points,and the communication ability score was(90.35±3.78)points,whichwere higher than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,81 cases were very satisfied,75 cases were satisfied,and the satisfaction rate of infusion care was 97.5%,which was higher than 45 cases,62 cases and 85.6%in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.951,P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA management model is applied to the nursing management work of intravenous drug configuration center,which is conducive to all-round investigation and discovery of existing and potential risks,and through continuous implementation of targeted treatment measures,a virtuous work cycle is formed,and continuous quality improvement is achieved.Promoting the improvement of the quality of nursing work is conducive to the improvement of patient satisfaction and the establishment of a good hospital image,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
