摘要
课堂教学成效是衡量教师专业性的标准之一,课堂教学成效的提升不仅要求教师具备扎实的理论知识、丰富的教学经验,还要求具备反思教学问题的能力。教师在课堂中运用反思性教学,能帮助教师反思、探究、解决教学中遇到的问题,进而提升教师的教学能力、思考能力、研究能力。文章旨在阐述反思性教学在高职“学前儿童语言教育”课程运用过程中出现的问题以及解决对策,以期帮助教师反思自身在课堂教学中存在的教学问题、教学方法、教育理念。
Classroom teaching effectiveness is one of the standards to measure teachers’professionalism.The improvement of classroom teaching effectiveness not only requires teachers to have solid theoretical knowledge and rich teaching experience,but also requires teachers to have the ability to reflect on teaching problems.The use of reflective teaching in class can help teachers to reflect,explore and solve problems encountered in teaching,so as to improve teachers’teaching ability,thinking ability and research ability.This paper aims to elaborate the problems and solutions of reflective teaching in the application of language education for preschool children in higher vocational colleges,so as to help readers reflect on their own teaching problems,teaching methods and educational concepts in classroom teaching.
