摘要
糖尿病肾病的临床治疗包括控制血糖,降低血压,调节脂代谢的基础性治疗,也使用晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)抑制剂、醛糖还原酶抑制剂、蛋白激酶C抑制剂、肾素抑制剂、活性维生素D、内皮素A拮抗剂等特异性疗法,发展至终末期糖尿病肾病也可采用腹膜透析、血液透析以及肾脏移植的替代疗法,另外中药汤剂口服治疗、中药注射液治疗以及中医外治法也取得良好的疗效。
The clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy includes basic treatments to control blood sugar,lower blood pressure and regulate lipid metabolism.Specific therapies such as AGEs inhibitors,aldose reductase inhibitors,protein kinase C inhibitors,renin inhibitors,active vitamin D,endothelin A antagonists and other specific therapy are also used.End-stage diabetic nephropathy can also be treated by peritoneal dialysis,hemodialysis and kidney transplantation,In addition,oral treatment with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,treatment with traditional Chinese medicine injection and external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine have also achieved good results.
