摘要
采用连续挤压包覆法制备铝包钢复合线,在强制润滑条件下进行拉拔变形,研究不同拉拔形变量对其电阻率的影响规律。建立铝包钢复合线电阻率的物理计算模型,推导其电阻率理论计算公式,根据铝包钢复合线的包覆铝及钢芯的电阻率,算出铝包钢复合线的理论电阻率。分析不同形变量复合线电阻率。结果表明:随形变量增大,铝包钢复合线的电阻率增加,其电阻率与拉拔变形量存在拟合方程。
The continuous extrusion cladding method was used to manufacture aluminum-clad steel composite wire,and the forcefeed lubrication method was adopted to drawing deformation. The effect of different drawing deformation on the resistivity of the aluminum-clad steel composite wire was studied. The resistivity physical calculation model of aluminum-clad steel composite wire was established,and the theoretical calculation formula of resistivity was derived. The theoretical resistivity value of aluminum-clad steel composite wire was calculated according to the resistivity of clading aluminum and steel core. The resistivity of the aluminum-clad steel composite wire under different drawing deformation was measured and analyzed. The results show that the resistivity of the aluminum-clad steel composite wire increases with the increase of drawing deformation. The fitting equation of the relationship between its resistivity and drawing deformation is obtained.
