摘要
目的探讨血栓素B2(thromboxane B2,TxB2)对主动脉夹层诊治的指导价值。方法选取广东省人民医院2016至2017年采集的受试者血浆样本72例:急性主动脉夹层(acute aortic dissection,AAD)患者24例,其中A型主动脉夹层(AAD-A)12例,B型主动脉夹层(AAD-B)12例;急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarc⁃tion,AMI)患者24例,其中ST段抬高(AMI-ST)12例,非ST段抬高(AMI-NST)12例;急性肺栓塞(acute pul⁃monary embolism,APE)患者12例;健康对照者(health control,HC)12例。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆TxB2的浓度。结果AAD-A组患者的TxB2浓度[8501.1(6444.5-13096.7)pg/mL]显著高于AAD-B组[5144.4(3186.1-6715.3)pg/mL]、AMI-ST组[5536.5(4406.6-7551.5)pg/mL]、AMI-NST组[5613.5(4912.3-6879.8)pg/mL]、APE组[4384.0(2951.5-6343.36)pg/mL]及HC组[3747.7(1929.9-4611.0)pg/mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HC组研究对象的TxB2浓度显著低于AAD-A组、AAD-B组、AMI-ST组与AMINST组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆TxB2浓度对AAD的临床诊治具有潜在指导价值。
Objectives To evaluate the value of thromboxane B2(TxB2)for the diagnosis and treatment decision of acute aortic dissection(AAD).Methods Totally 72 subjects were enrolled in the study from 2016 to 2017 in Guangdong Provincial People′s Hospital.There were 24 AAD patients including 12 type A and 12 type B aortic dissection patients;24 acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients including 12 ST-elevated and 12 non-ST-elevated patients;and 12 acute pulmonary embolism(APE)patients and 12 health control(HC).Plasma concentration of TxB2 was test⁃ed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Plasma concentration of TxB2 in AAD-A group[8501.1(6444.5-13096.7)pg/mL]were significantly higher than those in AAD-B group[5144.4(3186.1-6715.3)pg/mL],AMI-ST group[5536.5(4406.6-7551.5)pg/mL],AMI-NST group[5613.5(4912.3-6879.8)pg/mL],APE group[4384.0(2951.5-6343.36)pg/mL]and HC group[3747.7(1929.9-4611.0)pg/mL](P<0.01).Plasma concentration of TxB2 in HC group was significantly lower than those in AAD-A group,AAD-B group,AMI-ST group and AMI-NST group(P<0.05).Conclusions TxB2 may serve as a potential biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment decision of type A aortic dissection.
