轧后冷却工艺对SCM440钢组织及性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Cooling Process after Rolling on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of SCM440 Steel

摘要 通过调整大规格SCM440钢轧后冷却工艺,得到不同截面显微组织的热轧盘条样品,对两种热轧态组织样品调质处理后的显微组织、抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度、冲击性能及冲击断口进行分析,研究了SCM440钢热轧后冷却工艺对调质处理后组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,提高SCM440钢轧后冷却速度,可以提升大规格SCM440钢热轧盘条截面组织均匀性,从而提高调质处理后碳化物分布的均匀性及减少碳化物形貌差异,提高调质处理后的冲击吸收功,但对SCM440钢奥氏体晶粒度、调质处理后抗拉强度、屈服强度及硬度影响不大。 By adjusting the cooling process of the SCM440 gang steel after rolling, the samples of hot rolled wire rod with different cross section microstructure were obtained. The microstructure, tensile strength, yield strength, hardness, impact property and impact fracture of the two hot rolled samples after quenching and tempering were analyzed, and the effects of the cooling process of SCM440 hot rolled steel on the microstructure and mechanical properties after quenching and tempering were studied. The results show that, by increasing the cooling rate of the SCM440 steel after rolling, the section structure uniformity of the large size SCM440 hot rolled wire rod can be improved, thus the uniformity of carbide distribution and the difference of carbide morphology after tempering treatment can be improved, and the impact absorption energy after tempering treatment can be improved. However, there is little effect on austenite grain size, tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of the SCM440 steel after tempering.
