摘要
目的:探讨联合检测幽门螺旋杆菌感染、胃泌素水平和免疫T细胞变化对老年胃炎患者病情进展的影响。方法:我院收治的50名浅表性胃炎患者作为对照组,另选同期50例萎缩性胃炎患者作为观察组,通过对比两组患者胃泌素水平和免疫T细胞差异来评价两指标对老年胃炎病情发展的效果。结果:对照组中Hp阳性感染21例,Hp阴性感染29例;观察组Hp阳性感染31例,Hp阴性感染19例。对照组Hp阳性感染患者和Hp阴性感染患者胃泌素水平均明显高于观察组,且同组患者Hp阳性感染患者胃泌素明显低于Hp阴性感染患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,对照组患者的三指标均优于观察组,且对照组Hp阳性和阴性感染患者间免疫功能差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组Hp阴性感染患者免疫情况明显优于Hp阳性感染患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测幽门螺旋杆菌感染、胃泌素水平和免疫T细胞变化在老年胃炎病情进展方面有一定的预测价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect on combined detection of helicobacter pylori infection,gastrin level and immune T cell changes on the development and prognosis of gastritis.Methods:50 patients with superficial gastritis in our hospital were selected as the control group,and 50 patients with atrophic gastritis in the same period were selected as the experimental group.Results:In the control group,21 individuals were detected by Hp-positive infection and 29 individuals Hp-negative infection.In the observation group,there were 31 cases of Hp-positive infection and 19 cases of Hp-negative infection.Gastrin levels of both Hp-positive and Hp-negative infection patients in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group,and gastrin levels of Hp-positive infection patients in the same group were significantly lower than those in Hp-negative infection patients,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,the three indexes of patients in the control group were better than the observation group,and there was no significant difference in immune function between Hp-positive and Hp-negative infection patients in the control group(P>0.05).The immune status of patients with Hp-negative infection in the observation group was significantly better than that of patients with Hp-positive infection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Combined detection of helicobacter pylori infection,gastrin levels and changes in immune T cells has certain predictive value in the progression of senile gastritis.
