摘要
住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的目标是通过大量临床实践,把医学生培养成能独立行医的医师。教学查房是很重要的临床实践活动,也是培养住院医师临床能力的重要手段之一。手术教学和技能培训又是外科住培的重要内容。本文深入分析了外科教学查房中存在的问题,并以在教学查房大赛中获得外科组第一名的乳甲外科为例,运用其设计创新出的教学查房思维导图逐一解决了外科临床带教中面临的问题。尤其对于缺乏带教经验的老师起到了提纲挈领的作用,提高了带教师资备课效率和教学水平,住院医师也得到了同质化培养,为创新外科教学查房思维模式提供了新的借鉴和参考。
Standardized residency training is essential to the transformation from medical students to independent practitioners. Therefore, clinical practice is of great importance for residency training. Teaching rounds are the basic and important clinical teaching activities. They are one of the important means to cultivate residents. Surgical teaching and clinical training are important steps of standardized residency training of surgery. This paper analyzed the problems with the teaching rounds of surgery by taking breast and thyroid surgery group as an example, which had won the first prize in the surgery group during the teaching round contest. This group used the innovative mind mapping to solve the problems with teaching rounds of surgery one by one. This approach played an important role in guiding inexperienced teachers, improving the efficiency of preparation for lectures and quality of teaching, and ensuring students received homogenized training, It provides new reference for innovating the pattern of thinking regarding teaching rounds in surgical departments.
