摘要
目前国内大部分微型泵都是进口国外的,微型泵的设计技术被垄断,为了解决工程机械、海洋船舶、航空航天、医疗等行业的需求,设计了一种微型大排量的等宽曲线泵。依据莱洛三角形在等边正方形内旋转运动时,每时刻都有四个位置与正方形相交且交点不断变化原理,分析运动过程轨迹,设计出了行星轮传动机构,并应用ADMAS软件创建模型分析机构运动轨迹,验证设计可行性。同时分析计算与实验对比出泵流出流体体积的理论值是泵腔容积的1.83倍,可实现泵的小型化。
At present,most of the domestic miniature pumps are imported from abroad.The design technology of the miniature pumps is monopolized.In order to meet the needs of construction machinery,marine ships,aerospace,medical and other industries,a miniature large displacement equal width curve pump is designed.According to the principle that the Leroy triangle rotates in a square of equal width,each time there are four positions that intersect the square and the intersection point constantly changes,the movement track of the Leroy triangle in the square of equal width is analyzed,and the planetary gear transmission mechanism is designed.And use ADMAS software to create a model to analyze the trajectory of the mechanism to verify the feasibility of the design.At the same time,the theoretical value of the pumped fluid volume is analyzed and calculated to be 1.83 times the volume of the pump cavity.
