依普利酮参与心房颤动上游防治的可能机制

The probable mechanisms of eplerenone as an opstream prevention and treatment for atrial fibrillation

摘要 依普利酮通过抑制盐皮质激素受体介导的多种细胞通路抑制巨噬细胞及心肌间质成纤维细胞导致的心脏重构,为心房颤动的上游防治提供了新的研究思路和潜在治疗靶点,而依普利酮在阵发性心房颤动治疗中的长期效果以及相关临床副作用的观察仍需进一步研究。本文就现有研究结果对依普利酮通过改善心房肌纤维化进而参与心房颤动的上游防治的可能机制作一综述。 Eplerenone inhibits cardiac remodeling induced by macrophages and cardiac interstitial fibroblasts via inhibiting multiple cell pathways mediated by the mineralocorticoid receptor and provides additional scientific research ideas and potential therapeutic targets for upstream control for atrial fibrillation.Follow-up research in investigating the long-term effect and observing related clinical side effects of eplerenone in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is still necessary.This article summarizes the probable mechanisms of eplerenone participating in upstream control for atrial fibrillation by improving atrial fibrosis of existing research.
