摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)测定甘蔗中11种多酚类物质含量的方法。样品经甲醇超声提取,采用UPLC-MS/MS进行分析检测,电喷雾负离子电离(ESI-),多反应监测(MRM)检测,外标法定量。该方法在5~200μg/L范围内线性良好(r^(2)>0.999),检出限为0.5~17.0μg/kg。在样品中添加100μg/kg的11种多酚标准溶液,回收率为89.4%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~4.3%(n=6)。此方法简便快捷,灵敏度高,适用于甘蔗中多酚类物质的定性定量分析。
A method was developed for the determination of 11 polyphenolic compounds in sugarcane by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The samples were extracted by ultrasonic methanol,analyzed and detected by UPLC-MS/MS,electrospray negative ion ionization(ESI-),multi-reaction monitoring(MRM)and detection,and quantified by external standard method.The method showed good linearity in the range of 5~200μg/L(r^(2)>0.999),and the detection limit was 0.5~17.0μg/kg.The recoveries of 11 polyphenols were 89.4%~102.4%with the relative standard deviations of 0.9%~4.3%(n=6)when 100μg/kg of 11 standard solutions were added to the samples.This method was simple,quick and sensitive,and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of polyphenols in sugarcane.
