摘要
采用CO直接碳化法制备SiO_(2)、γ-Al_(2)O_(3)和介孔分子筛SBA-15负载的Co_(2)C催化剂;在常压、400℃的条件下,使用固定床对催化剂进行乙醇脱氢制乙醛反应的评价;采用X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、H_(2)程序升温还原、透射电子显微镜等手段对催化剂进行表征。结果表明:采用CO直接碳化法制备的负载型Co_(2)C催化剂均具有乙醇脱氢制乙醛的活性,Co_(2)C是反应的活性中心;与SiO_(2)和γ-Al_(2)O_(3)负载的Co_(2)C催化剂相比,SBA-15负载的Co_(2)C催化剂因具有更多的Co_(2)C活性位而活性较高。
Co_(2)C catalysts supported on SiO_(2),γ-Al_(2)O_(3),and mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 were prepared by using CO direct carbonization method.A fixed bed reactor was used at normal pressure and 400℃to evaluate dehydrogenation reaction of ethanol to acetaldehyde.The catalysts were characterized by using techniques of X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,H_(2)temperature-programmed reduction,and transmission electron microscope.The results show that supported Co_(2)C catalysts prepared by using CO direct carbonization method have activity of ethanol dehydrogenation to acetaldehyde,and Co_(2)C is the active center of the reaction.Compared with Co_(2)C catalysts supported on SiO_(2)andγ-Al_(2)O_(3),Co_(2)C catalysts supported on SBA-15 show higher activity due to more Co_(2)C active sites.
