准东煤田五彩湾露天矿B_(1)煤层煤岩煤相及工艺性能特征 被引量:2

Coal Facies and Process Performance Characteristics of Coal Seam B_(1) in Wucaiwan Open-pit Mine of Zhundong Coalfield

摘要 以准东煤田五彩湾三号露天矿田B_(1)煤层为研究对象,采集了B_(1)煤层露天采坑连续剖面样品71件,运用反射光显微镜、原子吸收光谱仪等方法,对样品进行了煤岩显微组分测定、工业分析、硫分、元素分析、灰成分分析等。研究表明:B_(1)煤层具有惰质组含量高、镜质组含量较低的特点,镜质组以基质镜质体为主,而惰质组以半丝质体为主,具有干燥森林泥炭沼泽相和低位泥炭沼泽相2种煤相类型。B_(1)煤层为特低灰分、高挥发分及特低硫煤,垂向上挥发分、灰分及硫分变化不大,煤灰类型属于钙质灰分,煤灰中Na2O含量高,属于高钠煤,煤的结污指数属于严重类,熔渣指数属中等类,在煤炭加工利用过程中需注意高温结渣沾污的影响。 Taking the coal seam B_(1) of the No.3 open-pit mine in Wucaiwan,Zhundong coalfield as the research object,71 samples of B_(1) coal seam open-pit pit profiles were collected,and the microscopic components of the samples were analyzed by means of reflection light microscope and atomic absorption spectrometer determination,industrial analysis,sulfur,elemental analysis,ash composition analysis,etc..Studies have shown that the coal seam B_(1) has the characteristics of high inertia content and low vitrinity content.The vitrinity group is mainly matrix vitrinite,while inertia The plastid group is mainly semi-filamentous,with two types of coal facies,namely,dry forest peat swamp facies and lower peat swamp facies.Coal seam B_(1) high volatile,ultra-low ash,ultra-low sulfur coal,the vertical volatile,ash and sulfur content does not change much,the type of coal ash belongs to calcareous ash,high Na2O content in coal ash,belongs to high sodium coal,the fouling index of coal belongs to the serious category,the slag index belongs to the middle category.In the process of coal processing and utilization,attention should be paid to the influence of high-temperature slagging and pollution.
