摘要
含有中继线圈的三线圈无线电能传输(wireless power transfer,WPT)系统可以提高系统的传输距离和传输效率。文章基于耦合电感模型分析,并建立传统串联/串联/串联(series/series/series,S/S/S)补偿结构的三线圈磁耦合系统数学模型,但该数学模型不够直观,不易对磁耦合系统除自感谐振式外的其他补偿参数确定方法进行分析。因此,提出利用变压器T网络模型进行三线圈磁耦合系统建模的新方法。基于所获得的解耦电路模型和等效漏感补偿理论,确定串联/串联/串联-并联(series/series/series-parallel,S/S/SP)、并联/串联/串联(parallel/series/series,P/S/S)、并联/串联/串联-并联(parallel/series/series-parallel, P/S/SP)补偿结构,提出S/S/S、S/S/SP、P/S/S、P/S/SP补偿结构的参数确定方法。所提方法在磁耦合系统不变的情况下,通过补偿电容及等效变比的设计,获得可变增益恒压的输出特性。该方法电路模型简单,设计思路清晰,参数选择灵活,有助于拓宽输出电压增益范围。
The three-coil wireless power transfer(WPT) system with relay coil can improve the transmission distance and transmission efficiency of the system. Based on the coupling inductance model, this paper analyzed and established the mathematical model of the magnetic coupling system of three-coil WPT with traditional series/series/series(S/S/S) compensation structure. The mathematical model is not intuitive enough, and it is not easy to analyze the determination methods of other compensation parameters of magnetic coupling system except self-induced resonance. Therefore, this paper proposed a new method to model the magnetic coupling system of three-coil WPT by using transformer T-network model. Compared with the coupling inductance model, a new decoupled circuit model was proposed. Based on the circuit model and the equivalent leakage inductance compensation theory, the compensation structures of series/series/series-parallel(S/S/SP), parallel/series/series(P/S/S) and parallel/series/series-parallel(P/S/SP) are determined, and the parameter determination methods of S/S/S, S/S/SP, P/S/S, P/S/SP compensation structures are proposed. In this method, the variable gain and constant voltage output characteristics can be obtained by designing the compensation capacitance and equivalent transformation ratio under the condition that the magnetic coupling system remains unchanged. The circuit model of this method is simple, the design idea is clear and flexible in parameter selection, which is helpful to broaden the range of output voltage gain.
