摘要
以‘黑魔术’月季切花为试验材料,以家庭常用物品蔗糖、阿司匹林和维生素C为原料配制瓶插保鲜剂,研究不同保鲜剂处理对月季切花保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:添加蔗糖、阿司匹林和维生素C的保鲜剂可以明显延长月季切花的瓶插寿命、促进花朵开放、提高切花吸水能力、提升切花观赏价值,以"400 m L自来水+蔗糖10 g∕L+阿司匹林50 mg∕L+维生素C 200 mg∕L"的配方处理表现最优。
By using cut rose‘Black Magic’as experimental flower material,the effect of different preservative treatment on the fresh-keeping effect of cut rose was studied.The results showed that the preservative with sugar,aspirin and vitamin C could obviously prolong the vase life of cut rose,promote the flower opening,improve the water absorption ability of cut flower,and enhance the ornamental value of cut flower.The formula of“400 mL water+sugar 10 g∕L+aspirin 50 mg∕L+vitamin C 200 mg∕L”was the best.
