摘要
目的探讨身痛逐瘀汤加减拟方治疗腰椎管狭窄症孔镜术后麻痛的效果及对VAS评分的影响。方法选取清远市中医院2017年1月至2019年4月80例腰椎管狭窄症孔镜术后麻木的患者为研究主体,采用随机抽签法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用身痛逐瘀汤加减拟方治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果及疼痛评分。结果观察组治疗优良率为85.00%,与对照组的76.50%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与同组术后用药前比较,用药后两组患者的VAS评分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而组间术后用药前后VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对腰椎管狭窄症孔镜术后麻木患者,采用身痛逐瘀汤加减拟方治疗能有效改善其术后麻木及疼痛现象,有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the efficacy of modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction recipe on numbness of lumbar spinal stenosis after endoscopy operation and its influence on VAS score.Methods A total of 80 patients with numbness of lumbar spinal stenosis after endoscopy operation in Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random lottery method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction recipe.The therapeutic efficacies and pain scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment was 85.00%in the observation group and 76.50%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the patients in the same group before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were decreased after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).However,the VAS scores between the two groups showed no obvious change before and after treatment,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In view of the numbness of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis after endoscopic surgery,the treatment with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction recipe can effectively improve their postoperative numbness and pain,which has positive clinical promotion value.
