摘要
目的研究延续性母乳喂养支持体系对产妇母乳喂养的影响效果。方法选取2020年3—9月在东莞市东南部中心医院规律产检并足月分娩的产妇160例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组给予常规方案,观察组在对照组常规方案的基础上由母乳喂养支持小组从孕36周至产后6个月实施延续性母乳喂养技术体系的干预。比较两组产后24 h内及产后10~12 d母乳喂养自我效能评分,住院期间、产后1个月、3个月、6个月纯母乳喂养率。结果观察组产后24 h内和产后10~12 d母乳喂养自我效能评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院纯母乳喂养率、产后0~6个月纯母乳喂养率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性母乳喂养支持体系可以有效的增强产妇母乳喂养自信心,提高母乳喂养自我效能,改善产妇0~6个月母乳喂养结局,提高纯母乳喂养率,延长母乳喂养时间。
Objective To research the impacting effect of continuous breastfeeding support system in maternal breastfeeding.Methods A total of 160 puerperae with regular obstetric examination and full-term delivery admitted to the Southeast General Hospital of Dongguan City from March 2020 to September 2020 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the control group(n=80)and the observation group(n=80).The control group was treated with the conventional scheme,while the observation group was treated with the intervention of continuous breastfeeding technical system from 36 weeks after pregnancy to 6 months after delivery by the breastfeeding support group on the basis of the conventional scheme of the control group.The selfefficacy score of breastfeeding within 24 hours and 10-12 days after delivery,the pure breastfeeding rate during hospitalization,1 month,3 months and 6 months after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The self-efficacy scores of breastfeeding within 24 hours in the observation group and 10-12 days after delivery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The rates of pure breastfeeding in hospital and 0-6 months postpartum in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous breastfeeding support system can effectively enhance maternal breastfeeding self-confidence,improve breastfeeding self-efficacy,improve maternal 0-6 months breastfeeding outcome,increase the rate of pure breastfeeding and extend the maternal breastfeeding time.
