摘要
能谱及灌注CT成像均是计算机断层扫描(computer tomography,CT)功能成像。随着CT技术发展,探测器宽度增加,多种重建算法的出现,辐射剂量降低,一站式CT能谱联合灌注成像也成为可能。能谱及灌注CT成像既获得常规形态学图像,还同时获得多种功能学参数,该优势使得其应用越来越广泛。本文就能谱CT成像和灌注CT成像在孤立性肺结节(solitary pulmonary nodules,SPN)诊断中的应用作以综述。
Both spectral imaging and perfusion imaging are CT functional imaging.With the development of CT technology,increased detector width,the emergence of multiple reconstruction algorithms,and reduced radiation dose,One-step Spectral and perfusion CT becomes possible.Spectral imaging and perfusion imaging not only obtain conventional morphological images,but also obtain a variety of functional parameters.The application of spectral CT and perfusion CT in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules was reviewed in this paper.
