Study on Performance of Velocity String in Service for 6 Years

摘要 以长庆油田苏里格区块某井内服役6年的HO70速度管柱为研究对象,对起出后的管柱取井口及井底试样进行了几何尺寸、力学性能、金相组织、硬度、腐蚀产物等检测分析。结果表明,该盘速度管柱在服役6年后,壁厚无明显减薄;管柱强度略有下降,但拉伸性能仍满足标准要求;腐蚀产物分析表明,该盘管柱以均匀腐蚀为主,井口管柱以大气腐蚀为主,腐蚀产物主要是Fe、O化合物,井底管柱以CO_(2)腐蚀为主,腐蚀产物主要是FeCO_(3)。 Taking the HO70 velocity string which has been in service for 6 years in Sulige block of Changqing Oilfield as the research object,the geometric dimensions,mechanical properties,metallographic structure,hardness and corrosion products of the wellhead and bottom hole samples of the pulled out string were tested and analyzed.The results show that the wall thickness of the coiled velocity string hasn't been thinned after 6 years of service.The strength of the coiled string decreases slightly,but the tensile properties still meet the standard requirements.The analysis of corrosion products shows that the string is mainly uniform corrosion,and the wellhead string is mainly atmospheric corrosion.The corrosion products are mainly Fe and O compounds.The bottom hole string is mainly corroded by CO2,and the corrosion product is mainly FeCO3.
