磁共振血管成像定量研究脑后循环缺血患者的功能性后交通动脉的血流动力学特征 被引量:2

Magnetic resonance angiography quantitative study on the hemodynamic characteristics of functional posterior communication artery in patients with posterior cerebral circulation ischemia

摘要 目的研究脑后循环缺血(PCI)患者功能性后交通动脉(F-PCoA)定量分析中磁共振血管成像(MRA)的应用价值。方法采用回顾性分析方法,研究对象为2019年1月至2020年1月沧州中西医结合医院收治入院的63例行MRA检查者,根据是否存在PCI分为PCI组(n=32)和非PCI组(n=31),且非PCI组根据是否存在F-PCoA分为F-PCoA组(n=13)和无F-PCoA组(n=18)。观察并比较PCI组与F-PCOA组的功能性后交通动脉MRA检查结果(F-PCoA前向后绝对分流量、截面积、平均流速、平均流量);观察并比较F-PCOA组与无F-PCOA组的基底动脉MRA检查结果(流量峰高、流速峰高、最大流速、最小流速、平均流速、最大流量、最小流量、平均流量、截面积)。结果PCI组与F-PCOA组的F-PCoA前向后绝对分流量、截面积、平均流速、平均流量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。F-PCOA组与无F-PCOA组的流量峰高、流速峰高、最大流速、最小流速、平均流速、最大流量、最小流量、平均流量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);F-PCOA组的截面积明显小于无F-PCOA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCI患者F-PCoA定量分析中MRA的应用效果显著,F-PCoA的前向后绝对分流量可为临床诊疗PCI提供参考。 Objective To study the application value of functional Posterior communication(PCI)in quantitative analysis of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)in functional posterior cerebral ischemia(F-PCOA).Methods Using a retrospective analysis method,the subjects of the study were 63 routine MRA examiners admitted to Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020,and were divided into PCI group(n=32)and non-PCI group(n=31)according to whether there was PCI.And the non-PCI group was divided into F-PCoA group(n=13)and no F-PCoA group(n=18)according to whether there was F-PCoA.The results of functional posterior communicating artery MRA examinations between the PCI group and the F-PCOA group(the F-PCoA front and back absolute sub-flow,cross-sectional area,average flow velocity,and average flow)were observed and compared;at the same time,The F-PCOA group with Basilar artery MRA inspection results without F-PCOA group(peak flow rate,peak flow rate,maximum flow rate,minimum flow rate,average flow rate,maximum flow rate,minimum flow rate,average flow rate,cross-sectional area)were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference between the PCI group and the F-PCOA group of F-PCoA front and back absolute sub-flow,cross-sectional area,average flow rate,and average flow rate(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the F-PCOA group and the non-F-PCOA group in flow peak height,flow peak height,maximum flow rate,minimum flow rate,average flow rate,maximum flow rate,minimum flow rate and average flow rate(P>0.05);F-PCOA The cross-sectional area of the group was significantly smaller than that of the group without F-PCOA,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of MRA in the quantitative analysis of F-PCoA in PCI patients is significant,and the forward and backward absolute shunt of F-PCoA can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCI.
