摘要
进度监测是节能建筑工程项目管理的控制目标,为了获得更优的节能建筑工程项目进度监测结果,提出基于BIM技术的节能建筑工程项目进度监测方法。首先,设计构建节能建筑工程项目监测三个子系统,利用Reivt软件构建3D节能建筑信息模型,展现节能建筑详细数据;然后,采用BIM技术监测节能建筑工程项目生命周期内的各项信息的创建、共享以及投递等过程。应用分析结果表明,该文方法可有效模拟建筑工程施工全过程,并对施工进度进行实时监测,相对于传统方法,获得更加直观的项目进度计划编制结构和高精度进度计算结果。
Progress monitoring is the control goal of energy⁃saving construction project management.In order to obtain better results of progress monitoring of energy⁃saving construction project,a BIM⁃based progress monitoring method of energy⁃saving construction project is proposed.The three subsystems of energy⁃saving building project monitoring are designed and constructed.The Reivt software is utilized to build a 3D energy⁃saving building information model to reveal the detailed data of energy⁃saving building,and then BIM Technology is adopted to monitor the process of information creation,sharing and delivery in a life cycle of energy⁃saving building project.The application analysis results show this method can effectively simulate the whole construction process of the construction project,and monitor the construction progress in real time,and get more intuitive project schedule and higher⁃precision progress calculation results in comparison with the traditional methods.
