摘要
传统建筑工程造价控制与管理方法受到效益分配模式影响,使控制和管理效果差。为了提高工程造价的控制和管理性能,该文提出基于BIM技术的建筑工程造价控制与管理方法。首先,考虑到建筑工程不确定性因素对工程项目造价的控制干扰,采用BIM技术建立建筑工程质量的量化分析方程,计算出效益分配的聚类速度,通过搭建建筑工程造价效益分配的迭代方程,控制建筑工程项目的造价;然后,利用BIM技术设计建筑工程造价的管理流程,实现建筑工程造价的管理。实验结果表明,所提方法提高了建筑工程施工效率,可以适当减少建筑工程的项目开销,同时也提高建筑工程造价控制与管理性能。
As the traditional construction engineering cost control and management method is affected by benefit allocation mode,which makes the control and management effect poor,the construction project cost control and management method based on BIM Technology is put forward in this paper to improve the control and management performance of engineering cost.The influence of uncertain factors of construction engineering on project cost control is considered,and then a quantitative analysis equation of construction engineering quality is established with BIM Technology to calculate the clustering speed of benefit allocation.The cost of construction project is controlled by building iterative equation of cost benefit allocation.The BIM Technology is utilized to design the management process of construction engineering cost.The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve construction efficiency of construction project,reduce the project cost appropriately,and improve the cost control and management performance.
