冷冻切片与“冷对”石蜡切片技术常见问题与对策 被引量：5

摘要 术中快速病理诊断技术可在短时间内确定病变性质,为确定手术范围及治疗方案提供有力的科学依据,因此越来越受到临床的重视和依赖。本科室在实际工作中发现冷冻切片和相对应的"冷对"石蜡切片(不包括冷剩切片)在显微镜下有一定比例的差异,本实验收集1 948例标本为分析对象,探讨冷冻切片与"冷对"石蜡切片的影响因素及对策,现介绍如下。
