耳叶杜鹃种子萌发特性及萌发期耐盐性研究 被引量:3

摘要 以耳叶杜鹃为试材,采用常规方法观察种子形态,通过对不同贮藏时间、不同覆盖蛭石厚度、不同浓度NaCl盐溶液处理耳叶杜鹃种子,研究了其种子形态和萌发特性,旨在为耳叶杜鹃繁殖培育和苗木生产提供参考依据。结果表明:0~4℃冰箱贮藏荚果时间对耳叶杜鹃种子萌发影响较显著,贮藏12个月后各项指标降低。当覆盖蛭石厚度超过3 cm时,对种子萌发有影响;NaCl胁迫下耳叶杜鹃种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数随盐浓度的增加呈下降趋势,当NaCl浓度超过0.6%时,其种子完全不能萌发,说明耳叶杜鹃种子能耐受0.6%以下的低盐胁迫。 The seed morphology of Rhododendron auriculatum Hemsl was observed by conventional observation method.The seed morphology and germination characteristics of R.auriculatum Hemsl were studied by different storage time,different thickness of vermiculite covering and different concentration of NaCl salt solution,so as to provide reference for the breeding and seedling production of R.auriculatum Hemsl.The results showed that the seed germination of R.auriculatum Hemsl was significantly affected by the storage time of 0-4℃refrigerator,and the indexes decreased after 12 months storage.When the thickness of vermiculite was more than 3 cm,the seed germination was affected.Under NaCl stress,the germination potential,germination rate and germination index of R.auriculatum Hemsl seeds decreased with the increase of salt concentration.When the concentration of NaCl exceeded 0.6%,the seeds could not germinate at all.The results showed that the seeds of R.auriculatum Hemsl could tolerate the low salt stress below 0.6%.
