摘要
一直以来,感染性疾病是威胁人类健康的重要疾病,也是困扰临床工作的主要难题。临床表现缺乏特异性,目前临床应用较多的感染炎症指标特异性、敏感性均有不足,因此需要研究新的感染性标志物,提高感染性疾病早期诊断的准确性,指导合理的抗感染治疗,降低病死率,改善患者预后,减少抗生素耐药。近年来,中性粒细胞CD64是研究比较多的新型感染标志物之一。有研究表明,与传统感染指标相比,中性粒细胞CD64在敏感性、特异性方面具有独特优势,并且检测方法简便快捷,在感染诊断、疗效评估、预后判断等方面具有广泛的临床应用前景。文章就中性细胞CD64在感染性疾病临床应用中的研究进展进行综述。
Infectious diseases have always been an important threat to human health and a major problem in clinical work.There is a lack of specificity in clinical manifestations. Currently, the specificity and sensitivity ofmany infectious inflammation indicators are insufficientin clinical application. Therefore,it is necessary to studynew infectious markers to improve the accuracy of earlydiagnosis of infectious diseases, guide reasonable antiinfectivetreatment, reduce the fatality rate, improve theprognosis of patients, and reduce antibiotic resistance. Inrecent years, neutrophil CD64 is one of the novel markersof infection that have been widely studied. Studies haveshown that compared with traditional infection indicators,neutrophil CD64 has unique advantages in sensitivity andspecificity, and the detection method is simple and fast,and has a broad clinical application prospects in infectiondiagnosis, efficacy evaluation, prognosis judgment and otheraspects. In this paper, we reviews the research progressof neutrophil CD64 in clinical application of infectiousdiseases.
