摘要
采用冷金属过渡(CMT)、MIG焊接技术对2 mm厚6061铝合金进行焊接,研究了这两种焊接接头的力学性能、拉伸断口形貌及接头不同位置的微观组织。研究表明,冷金属过渡焊接头的抗拉强度好于MIG焊接头,达到母材的74%,焊缝组织更为细小。两种焊接接头断裂位置均为热影响区,CMT焊接接头为韧性断裂。
Cold metal transition and MIG welding technology were used to weld 6061 aluminium alloy with thickness of 2 mm.The mechanical properties and fracture morphology of the two welded joints were studied.The microstructures of the two welded joints at different positions were observed by optical microscopy.The results show that the tensile strength of cold metal transition welded joints is better than that of MIG welding joints,which reaches 74%of the base metal,and the weld microstructure is finer.The frac⁃ture locations of the two welded joints are heat affected zone.The CMT welded joints are ductile fracture.
