人工核对结合掌上电脑在胸外科安全输血中的应用

The value of manual check combined with personal digital assistant in safe blood transfusion in thoracic surgery

摘要 目的探讨人工核对结合掌上电脑(PDA)应用于胸外科安全输血中的价值。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月上海市第一人民医院胸外科输血患者520例,将使用人工核对的方法进行(2018年3~9月)的260例次输血操作设为对照组,将使用人工核对结合PDA的方法进行(2018年10月至2019年3月)的260例次输血操作设为研究组。比较两组输血操作中的双人操作执行率、取血时间、输血时间及安全隐患发生率。结果使用人工核对结合PDA的方法进行输血操作后,研究组的双人操作执行率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的取血时间和输血时间均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的安全隐患发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将人工核对结合PDA应用于胸外科的输血过程中,能够提高护理人员的双人操作执行率,确保取血和输血的时效性,并减少输血安全隐患的发生。 Objective To explore the value of manual check combined with personal digital assistant(PDA)in safe transfusion in thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 520 patients with blood transfusion in the thoracic surgery department of this hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected,and 260 transfusion procedures using manual checkup(March to September 2018)were set as the control group,and 260 transfusion procedures using manual checkup combined with PDA(October 2018 to March 2019)were set as the study group.The execution rate of double operation,the time of blood collection,the time of transfusion and the incidence of hidden danger in blood transfusion were compared between the two groups.Results After blood transfusion with manual check combined with PDA,the execution rate of double operation in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of blood collection and blood transfusion in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of safety hazards in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of manual check combined with PDA in the procedure of blood transfusion in thoracic surgery can improve the execution rate of double operation of nursing staff,ensure the timeliness of blood collection and transfusion,and reduce the occurrence of hidden danger of blood transfusion.
