固化剂对酚醛模塑料性能影响

摘要 六亚甲基四胺(乌洛托品)受热分解为二胺类物质,其通过与热塑性酚醛树脂的羟基进行缩合脱水,形成交联网状结构,发生固化反应。通过对热塑性酚醛树脂/固化剂的质量比进行单因素分析,重点研究其对酚醛模塑料的电绝缘性能、阻燃性能、力学性能和耐水性能的影响。结果表明,当热塑性酚醛树脂/固化剂的质量比为100/12时,制得的酚醛树脂模塑料的体积电阻率为1.27×10^(10)Ω·m,极限氧指数为30.20%,弯曲弹性模量为3910.46 MPa,冲击强度为1.9 kJ/m^(2),吸水率小于0.71%,表面接触角大于120°。 Hexamethylenetetramine(Urotropine)was decomposed into diamines by heating.It was dehydrated by condensation with hydroxyl group of thermoplastic phenolic resin to form cross-linked network structure,and curing reaction takes place.Through the single factor analysis of the mass ratio of thermoplastic phenolic resin to curing agent,the effects of the mass ratio on the electrical insulation,flame retardancy,mechanical properties and water resistance of phenolic molding compound were studied.The results show that when the mass ratio of thermoplastic phenolic resin to curing agent is 100/12,the volume resistivity,limiting oxygen index,flexural modulus,impact strength,water absorption and surface contact angle of the phenolic resin molding compound are 1.27×10^(10)Ω·m,30.20%,3910.46 MPa,1.9 kJ/m^(2),0.71%and 120°,respectively.
