摘要
将氨基磺酸胍(GAS)和磷酸三聚氰胺(MPP)进行复配作为阻燃剂制备有机黏土(OC)/埃洛石(HNTs)/天然橡胶复合材料,通过力学性能测试、扫描电子显微镜、极限氧指数(LOI)及热重分析研究了OC、HNTs、复配阻燃剂及其用量对复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响规律。结果表明,当OC和HNTs并用时可同时提高复合材料的力学性能和阻燃性能;随着GAS/MPP复配阻燃剂用量的增加,复合材料的LOI和残炭量增加,最大热分解速率和力学性能下降,分散相态变差;在无卤复配阻燃体系中,阻燃剂总加入量为20份(质量)时可最大限度保持复合材料的力学性能和阻燃性能。
Guanidine aminosulfonate(GAS)and melamine phosphate(MPP)were used as compound flame retardants to prepare organoclay(OC)/halloysite(HNTs)/natural rubber(NR)composites.The effects of OC,HNTs,compound flame retardants and their dosage on mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the composites were studied by mechanical property test,scanning electron microscope,limiting oxygen index(LOI)and thermal gravimetry analysis.The results showed that when OC and HNTs were used together,the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of NR composites could be improved at the same time.With the increase of amount of GAS/MPP compound flame retardant,LOI and carbon residue both increased,however,and the maximum thermal decomposition rate and the mechanical properties of NR composites decreased,and the dispersive phase state became worse.In the halogen-free compound flame retardant system,when the total amount of flame retardant was 20 phr,the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of NR composites could be kept to the maximum.
