摘要
培养具备创新创业能力的“新工科”人才,是全国高校教育当前急需解决的问题。通过建立“产学研用”创新创业网上师生交流平台,方便师生掌握专业动态;教师开展“探索式”教学,注重激发学生的学习内生动力和人文素质的培养;引导本科生、全日制研究生和非全日制研究生组建“X+1+1”创新科研团队,培养学生主人翁意识和团队合作意识;鼓励学生参加各类竞赛培养学生的创新创业的综合能力。
The cultivation of“new engineering”talents with the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship is an urgent problem to be solved in the national higher education.It is convenient for teachers and students to master the professional trends by establishing an online communication platform for innovation and Entrepreneurship of“production,learning,research and use”.Teachers should carry out“exploratory”teaching,and pay attention to the cultivation of students'learning motivation and humanistic quality.To guide undergraduates,full-time postgraduates and part-time postgraduates to form an“x+1+1”innovative scientific research team and cultivate students'sense of ownership and team cooperation.Encourage students to participate in all kinds of competitions and cultivate students'comprehensive ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
