摘要
采用镍基高温合金K418回收料、各种单质原料和ZrO过滤片等辅料,以4种真空感应熔炼工艺方法生产了K418母合金。利用钢研纳克检测技术股份有限公司的ON-3000氧氮分析仪、SparkCCD7000全谱直读光谱仪进行了化学成分分析。根据分析结果,探讨了回收料比例、过滤净化、原材料种类等因素对真空感应熔炼生产K418母合金脱氧脱氮的影响。结果表明:使用K418回收料会提高合金的氧氮含量,且随着回收料比例增加产品氧氮会提升;使用ZrO过滤片能有效降低合金的氧氮含量,且过滤片孔径越小、比表面积越大,越有利于氧氮的去除;使用高纯金属铬可以进一步去除K418合金中的氧氮含量。
By using nickel-based super alloy K418 reclaimed material,various elemental raw materials,ZrO filter and other auxiliary materials,K418 master alloy was produced with 4 vacuum induction melting process methods.The chemical composition analysis was carried out with the ON-3000 oxygen and nitrogen analyzer and SparkCCD7000 full-spectrum direct reading spectrometer made by NCS Testing Technology Co.,Ltd.According to the analysis results,it was discussed that the effects of factors such as the proportion of recycled materials,filtration and purification,and types of raw materials on the oxygen and nitrogen removal process of K418 master alloy produced by vacuum induction melting.The results showed that the use of K418 recycled material would increase the oxygen and nitrogen content of the alloy,and as the proportion of recycled materials increasing,the product oxygen and nitrogen increased,the use of ZrO filter could effectively reduce the oxygen and nitrogen content of the alloy,and the filter had a finer pore size and a specific surface area.The smaller the pore size was and the larger the surface area was,the more conducive was to the removal of oxygen and nitrogen.The use of high-purity metal chromium could further remove the oxygen and nitrogen content in the K418 alloy.
