合成低游离TDI预聚物时原料配比对CPU性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Raw Material Ratio on CPU Performance in Synthesis of Low Free TDI Prepolymer

摘要 采用不同配比的甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)合成了系列含不同游离TDI单体的预聚物,经分子蒸馏装置处理得到了低游离TDI预聚物,并以此制备了浇注型聚氨酯弹性体(CPU)。讨论了n(TDI)∶n(PTMG)对低游离预聚物中NCO含量和最终CPU力学性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,n(TDI)∶n(PTMG)为4∶1时,CPU综合性能最佳,硬度为邵A 95,拉伸强度为44.4 MPa,断裂伸长率为414%,撕裂强度达到126.7 k N/m,压缩永久变形为26.9%。 A series of prepolymers containing different content of free TDI monomers were synthesized by using toluene diisocyanate( TDI) and polytetrahydrofuranediol( PTMG) at different ratios,then the low free TDI prepolymers were obtained by molecular distillation,and the cast polyurethane elastomer( CPU) was prepared. The effects of n( TDI) ∶n( PTMG) on the NCO content in the low free TDI prepolymer and the mechanical/dynamic mechanical properties of the CPU were discussed. The results showed that,when n( TDI) ∶n( PTMG) was 4 ∶1,the comprehensive properties of CPU was the best,the hardness was 95 shore A,the tensile strength was 44. 4 MPa,the elongation at break was 414%,the tear strength was 126. 7 k N/m,and the compression set was 26. 9%.
